How long will it take to receive my order?
Production and shipping times vary for each item but usually you will receive your order in 4-6 weeks from the date it was placed.
How will my order be shipped?
At this time, we only ship by UPS.
Do you ship orders internationally?
Canada only. We are not responsible for tax or duty fees.
Do I pay sales tax?

My order arrived damaged or defective?

Keep all original packaging and content and contact us immediately by email at orders@yessicas.com. If possible, attach images of damaged item(s).

I want to return an item?
Our products are “made to order” and are non-returnable.  However, we will do an equal item exchange.  Extra shipping fees will apply to an exchange and original item ordered must be received back to us undamaged.
